Smile Brilliant: cariPRO

Last time I partnered with Smile Brilliant, it was in the midst of wedding planning. Since then, a lot of things have changed and lots of lifestyle changes have happened but one thing that really hasn’t changed is that I’m still incredibly self-conscious about my smile. I don’t have incredibly straight teeth and I don’t exactly have the whitest smile.

So when Smile Brilliant reached out to collaborate again, I was excited!

I’ve used all types of electric toothbrushes since I’ve been able to make my own purchases — can’t really control what toothbrush you get when you still live at home, amiright?

My husband and I are currently subscribed to Quip’s couple plan so I’ll be comparing the cariPRO to my Quip!

Things I Love About the cariPRO

I love the different cleaning modes and my other electric toothbrushes definitely haven’t had these settings before. See below for the different cleaning modes.

cariPRO Settings

The battery lets me know its status. As much as I love the Quip and all the benefits of a subscription based service, sometimes the battery starts to die before the next shipment and I’m back to using a regular toothbrush (the horror!)

• Similar to the Quip, there’s a timer built in to the cariPRO and each brushing mode is designed to operate for two minutes total — brief pauses happen every 30 seconds to let you know to move to a different quadrant of the mouth. No one is really singing ‘Happy Birthday’ when they’re brushing their teeth to measure how long they’ve been brushing for!

The only leg up I think that Quip has on the cariPRO is that it’s subscription based and I don’t have to worry about reordering new brush heads. Other than that, I think the cariPRO is an amazing electric toothbrush for an affordable price.
